IMPORTANT UPDATE about Southwest Airlines - In the past, Southwest Airlines would allow you (as an agent) to apply a credit to any person if it was requested by the passenger. They would also allow you to reissue tickets for people other than the originally booked passengers. These processes will be discontinued as of January 28, 2011.
